Del qualified as a Sports Masseur in 1999.

He has worked at The Abbey Clinic for seven years and has built up a strong following of clients. During this time he has worked with a variety of athletes at international and recreational levels, as well as non sports people.

He also works as a Personal Trainer .

He has been involved in strength and conditioning for many years .He was a weightlifter for several years and won many British titles,along with three Gold Medals at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester.

Two years ago he took up Power Lifting .He has been British Champion twice at two different weight categories and finished second in the 2005 World Championships.

Through his sport he understands the importance of keeping your muscles as supple as possible.
