Graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2000 as a Chartered Physiotherapist.

Katie worked in the NHS for 3 years in London, in various settings. She later fulfilled her ambition of working in New Zealand, specialising in muscluloskeletal out-patients. Here she had the opportunity to work with the Maori All Black Physiotherapist and developed a keen interest in sports injuries.

On retuning to the UK, Katie spent the last few years working for BUPA Hospitals within a busy out-patient clinic. Here she worked closely with some of the top Orthopaedic Surgeons in the country, treating a complex caseload of post-operative orthopaedic conditions. She has also worked with some of the Watford Football players for Isokinetic testing.

Katie has a special interest in shoulder rehabilitation, specifically with regards to shoulder instability. Katie is also specialised in Vestibular rehabilitation, for the treatment of dizziness and Vertigo, and finds this a very rewarding condition to treat.

Katie is always updating her knowledge and skills. She is proficient in the use of Acupuncture, Myofascial release techniques and Pilates, all of which she uses alongside her core manual Physiotherapy skills.
