Over a period of 15 months, she supported me to get through two significant injuries, and helped with the various niggles you invariably get when marathon training.

I always felt like I was entering a soothing and calm place when attending the clinic, and Sophie's advice helped me mentally, as well as physically, which is so important when facing a challenge of 26.2 miles for the first time! I was therefore delighted to be able to bring my finishers medal into the clinic for a photo with Sophie!
