On calling the clinic we will help guide you to the best clinician for your injury/ailment. We have 18 clinicians covering 23 services, averaging 14 years experience each. That's 260 years experience across the clinic!
Having carried out 200,000 treatments over 26 years, we have the expertise to get you better.
Initial appointments for most services start with a 45 minute assessment, with follow on treatments lasting 30 minutes.
Medical Cover
The clinic is recognised by ALL major medical insurance schemes. You should consult your provider and get an authorisation number before treatment. Some health companies also require you to visit your GP 1st. Failure to comply may result in the insurance provider refusing to cover your treatment costs.
Payment
Payment is made after each appointment by cash, cheque, switch and debit/credit cards. If you have private health and you have an authorisation number, we can invoice the insurance company directly. It is advisable to confirm payment options with your insurer when you are contacting them for an authorisation number.

Our client base ranges between the young and the old and is drawn from the non-sporting general public up to elite world class athletes
Non Attendance Fees
You will be texted to confirm your appointment time 24 hours prior to your appointment, provided we have a mobile number for you. A charge will be made for failed appointments or late cancellations of less than 24 hours. Please note insurance companies generally do not pay cancellation fees.
