Sophie Rodley

Physiotherapy, Sports Injuries, Rehabilitation, Acupuncture, Remote Video Consultation, Shockwave

Qualifications: BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, member of HCPC

Sophie graduated in 2004 from Cardiff University.  She initially worked in the NHS gaining broad experience in all elements of physiotherapy prior to specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

In 2010,she  left the NHS as a senior physiotherapist , and  spent 2 seasons working as a Physiotherapist in a French ski resort, where she  gained valuable experience assessing and treating a wide range of ski and snowboard injuries, whilst also improving her own skiing technique .

On return to the UK in 2011 she started working as a Physio within the military, specialising in sporting and occupational injuries, from acute to long term rehab.

She moved into private practice in 2019.

Throughout her career she has been involved with sport, especially rugby teams, most notably treating members of the Australian Rugby Team prior to an Autumn International against Wales.
